Deacons Mission Statement

We, the Deacons of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, believe that Jesus is the head of the church. He is Lord, Savior, and Shepard, and we recognize our Pastor as his Under Shepard, called to do God's will. The mission of the Progressive Missionary Baptist Church Deacons is to help the Pastor in maintaining and promoting the spiritual growth and life of the Church.

To assist the Pastor in his mission and vision, to proclaim the Gospel to believers and nonbelievers, and to care for the
Church members and those in the community.
